I have read the Golf Cart Safety Acknowledgement Form and agree to the procedures for safe operation. I also understand the age-based operating guidelines below:
-Volunteers 17 and under cannot operate a golf cart.
-Volunteers 18-24 can operate a golf cart with no passengers.
-Volunteers 25 and up can also transport passengers.
